D. Your Keywords : I believe you will be safe at 2-3%. That means, for every 100 words, 2-4 of them have to be your keyword. Of course you are not going to count, you can use an online keyword density tool to do the job. Never exceed 8% or you will be banned by Google for spamming keywords.
